An excursion to Borjomi — one of the longest day tours, leaving at 07:00 and returning by 22:00. The program brings together three landmark sites of southern Georgia: the cave-monastery city of Vardzia, carved into the cliff by Queen Tamar in the 12th century; the medieval Rabati Fortress in Akhaltsikhe; and the famous mineral-water resort of Borjomi with its spring park. Entrance tickets (35 GEL) are paid separately.
